The invoiced amount can be settled by cash payment, by bank draft or by credit card. A payment by credit card is only possible if the invoiced amount is not higher than 400 Euros. Bank draft is only possible for order exceeding 9 Euros and to a maximum of 400 Euros and only for German bank accounts.
Delivery, settlement
We ship with the sender ZANA digital. (Also all settlements - credit card and direct debit - will be made out to ZANA digital.) You will find the expected time of delivery in the product description. These are effectual under reserve.

In the case of an effective cancellation, the goods and services received by both parties must be re-conceded and, if applicable, derived benefits (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. In case you are unable to completely or partly surrender the received goods and services, or only in deteriorated condition, you are obliged to perform appropriate compensation. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is the sole result of their examination, as it would have been possible for you in a retail shop. Apart from that, you can avoid compensation by not using the goods as your property and abstain from any
action that could diminish them in their value. Goods that are suitable for parcel shipment are to be returned at our risk. Goods that are not suitable for parcel shipment are picked up at your premises.

You are obliged to bear the costs of return shipment as long as the goods delivered correspond to the offer and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed a value of €40 (40 Euros), or if, in case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet returned services or fulfilled a contractual instalment.
The right to cancel is not valid for
-Goods, which have been manufactured according to a customer's specific instructions or which were explicitly tailored for the customer's personal requirement, or goods which are not suitable for returning based on the product's nature
